Great place within walking distance to hotels. The food is great. Was here a few months back and ended up with the same server, Ben. Always remember good service. Fish and chips was a popular item at the table, total of 4 and they were all pleased. I went with the shredded pork burrito with green chili sauce, refried beans and rice. I should have taken a picture but it was simply amazing and a large serving. I would rate higher than 5 stars if allowed. Service from Ben was great. He was attentive to the group, friendly, and you could tell he enjoyed his job. Will be back again when staying in Castle Rock. Sorry for no photos

Really awesome brew pub in Castle Rock, CO. We stopped in while on our way down to Colorado Springs for vacation. They have an Oktoberfest beer already on tap and it was delicious. Wife and I each had a glass. We had their Colorado burger, which has pepper Jack and guacamole, pulled pork sandwich, green chilies pork burrito, and the cowboy burger. Had dessert too. Awesome setting and great staff.

Stopped in with my wife and FIL for lunch. Think hunting cabin architecture - wooden beams trophies and stone. Service was gracious and professional. I had the French Dip and Cole Slaw. Both were very good. The bread stood up to the au jus and tasted great. Recommend if you are in Castle Rock!
